Will Bruder Reimagines: Christine Cassano + Bill Timmerman
ONE DAY ONLY: Saturday, December 10, 1-4pm
Artist Discussion 2:15-3:00pm
Light refreshments provided

Bill Timmerman and Christine Cassano‘s acclaimed duo exhibition closes this Saturday, December 10, with a new arrangement and installation performed by internationally-acclaimed architect Will Bruder. Both artists and the installer will be present from 1-4pm for wine, snacks, and discussion about this unique partnership.

Following a successful monthlong run, the artists spoke with Bruder, who advised changes to specific works in the show, and will inventively reimagine the entire exhibition. For over two decades, Bruder has worked alongside Timmerman, forming an ideal architect/photographer relationship, leading Timmerman to be the quintessential eye on Bruder’s innovative buildings. Coming to acclaim for his construction of the Burton Barr Central Library, Bruder has built an international career around incredible institutional and corporate commissions, creatively utilizing light, space, and materials to create interactive, multiuse spaces that double as art objects themselves.

Modified Arts is proud to continue its legacy of building bridges in the arts with this innovative collaboration between a photographer, sculptor/mixed-media artist, and architect, hanging for one day only.
