THE DREAMER
Eye Lounge, through Modified Arts, is pleased to announce its upcoming exhibition, THE DREAMER, on view from August 15th to September 14th, 2025. THE DREAMER will include new work by Dain Q. Gore at Modified Arts.
THE DREAMER consists of new, old and repurposed works that are modular art objects—called Ings (short for Things). Ings are combination creatures and environments : snapshots of the artist’s love of Surrealism and what he calls his “Magpie Aesthetic”—a sort of personal collage from many sources, such as mythology, movies, and the paranormal. In that vein, THE DREAMER is intended to be an exploration of an altered realm where all of these ideas coexist. Time and genre are irrelevant, much like they are in dreams.
The exhibition will be on display from August 15th to September 14th with an opening reception taking place on Friday, August 15th from 6-9pm. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
