Modified Arts presents Low data. a collaborative group exhibition featuring the work of Emily Irwin, John McVay, Brandon Meged, Miguel Monzón, Sam Pesqueira, Ethan Roads, & Emily Sarten.
Low data. is a survey into the individual mechanisms developed by seven artists in an attempt to cope with the digital and physical wasteland of junk media that currently envelops our reality.
The Low data. experiment presents collectively created junk installations, videos, print media, and paintings that construct, deconstruct, and attempt to lose or gain control over that ever-present push towards consumption. Leaving you to your own devices to observe and hopefully recognize the blurred outline of what our reality is.
